The Maintenance has been completed and our back-end systems are functioning much more smoothly now. Again, we apologize for the delays you've seen in some record record updates and site usability. The DNS Park Control Center will be offline for emergency database maintenance beginning at 11PM CDT on 07/02/2009 until 2AM CDT 07/03/2009. We do not anticipate needing the entire maintenance window, but are estimating conservatively to help our customers plan.

Due to excessive database loads causing extremely poor web response times and some delays to updating records we are upgrading hardware.

DNS, Mail, and Web services will NOT be affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.

Our customer portal, www.dnspark.net, experienced a period of unavailability this evening. All of our public nameservers remained operational, all customer DNS records continued to advertise. We apologize for this inconvenience.

ns2.dnspark.net is currently undergoing some emergency maintenance, query results may be delayed. We will restore it to full functionality as soon as possible.

We have resolved the issue with ns5 and all zones are updating correctly now.

Our engineers are currently working on an issue that is delaying some zone updates to ns5.dnspark.net. We will have it resolved as soon as possible. This issue is not affecting our other public nameservers ns1-ns4.dnspark.net. We will update this Status Page when we have relevant information.

Our engineers have been working on a database issue related to Mail Crossing. Mail Crossing users may have encountered some authentication issues over the past 24 hours. We believe we have corrected the problem and all Mail Crossing authentications should be occurring without issue. We appreciate your patience while we have worked through this issue.
